1 red pepper cooked and pureed, 1 medium egg, 3 tbs cream, a little chilli. The quantity is too small for this to work in the glacier so we made it in a sort of ice bain-marie using a saucepan inside another containing frozen brine. Despite Tracey's scepticism, this does work
