this was a direct steal from what we had at Marinades. you don't need all that garlic, but by, is it garlicky

feta and walnut cake, carrots and garlic roasted with rosemary; chard onions kalonji

an experiment.. 1 egg, 5oz flour, 1/2tsp baking powder, 4floz olive oil. A mouldy piece of feta and some olives. Whisked egg and oil, stirred in flour, a bit dense so some milk went in as well, then into a small squarish tin, baked at gas 5 for dunno 30-40 mins? I was also roasting the carrots. It turned out very nice.

we rode there via every hill we could cram in then Colin had a sleep and we rode back via all the other hills

(Colin not so keen on chard though)

Champignon Sauvage with John. I had kid canneloni, venison wth nastursiu millet; Colin had lamb, parsnips, cockles. We talked about .. cycling (but at least refrained from spreading maps of Bormio on the table)
