feta and walnut cake, carrots and garlic roasted with rosemary; chard onions kalonji an experiment.. 1 egg, 5oz flour, 1/2tsp baking powder, 4floz olive oil. A mouldy piece of feta and some olives. Whisked egg and oil, stirred in flour, a bit dense so some milk went in as well, then into a small squarish tin, baked at gas 5 for dunno 30-40 mins? I was also roasting the carrots.
