used cumin, allspice, sichuan pepper but they don't work together, I really should have foreseen this

squash stufffed with gorgonzola, pinenuts, breadcrumbs; fried potatoes

this was the round end of the squash. we halved it then it got I think 10 mins in the microwave - we did it in 2 min segments. Then it was mostly cooked and we did the rest wth the sutffing in the grill

200ml mango coulis, 1.5 sheets gelatine - about right

Colesbourne Inn with John, we rode there via Hilcot. We met John at 7 springs, we were on our Marin urban mtbs and went via Daisybank. So every track we saw we said John lets go up there and John said no even though he was on his cross bike. but John was faster up the hills.
