Lunch: rice pancakes, vaguely tropical salad This was interesting. I had half a manky mango left from monday, reduced at WR because it had gone like a bullet and was not gonig to ripen. I bought a coconut, have to get Colin to google how to break a coconut. I did a salad with coriandr, mango, coconut. The pancakes were 3.5 of rice flour, 3.5oz wheat flour with 1.4 tsp yeast with some water to make batter i did it after breakfast then we went for a 2.5 hour ride (roads, it rained last night). I made the batter a bit more liquid then fried small pancakes, they rise like littel crumpets. Colin asked what country this was from and i said i made it up.
